Guardians of institutional integrity.
The Board of Trustees provides independent governance oversight, Islamic jurisprudential guidance, and long-term institutional stewardship. Members are appointed — not elected — to ensure independence from political pressure. The Board meets at least twice per year and approves MAM's annual audited accounts.
وَتَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الْبِرِّ وَالتَّقْوَى
"And cooperate in righteousness and piety." — Surah Al-Ma'idah 5:2
