The Qurban (Udhiyah) Program is one of MAM's most beloved annual initiatives. Each Eid al-Adha, animals are sacrificed and the meat is distributed to thousands of families across Malawi — ensuring that even the poorest households can celebrate the festival with a nutritious meal.
The program operates through MAM's district structures, with distribution centers in all major districts. Priority is given to orphans, widows, the elderly, and families without income.
Individuals and organizations can sponsor a Qurban animal — the cost varies by animal type. All sponsorships are receipted and distribution is photographically documented for donors.
